- Indian passport
- Ration card
- Voter ID card
- Voter photo card
- Bank passbook
- Bank statement
- Post Office passbook
- Statement/credit card bill
- Kisan photo passbook
- Government-issued identities card/certificate[1] and ST/SC/OBC certificate or marriage certificate, having photograph
- Disability identity Card/Certificate of Disability.
- Transgender Identity/Certificate
- Driving licence
- Pensioner card
- Electricity bills (not older than 3 months) including prepaid receipts
- Water bill (not older than 3months)
- Telephone Landline bill/Phone (Postpaid Mobile) bill/ Broadband Bill (not older than 3months)
- Property Tax Receipt (not over one year)
- Insurance Policy (Life and Medical only)
