Dr. Himanta Biswa Sarma is one the biggest political leader of India. He is now the Chief Minister of Assam. He was born on February 1, 1969, in a small village called Amingaon in Assam’s Kamrup district.
His interest in politics started when he was a student. He studied at Cotton College and later got a degree in Law from Guwahati University. He even got a Ph.D. in political science.
