Educational Qualification
For Lower Primary Schools teacher:
- Higher Secondary/ Senior Secondary/HSS (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks.
- 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education.
- Assam TET OR Central TET for Lower Primary.
For UP assistant teacher:
- Higher Secondary/ Senior Secondary/HSS (or its equivalent)
- Graduate from the UGC-recognized Universities.
- 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education/ Bachelor of Education/ Bachelor of Elementary Education.
- Assam tet or Central tet for Upper Primary School
DEE Assam Assistant Teacher Selection method
The process of selection under the Assam Assistant Teacher Recruitment 2024 shall be done based on merit. The Assam lower and upper Teacher merit list will be prepared for 100 marks. The authorities have prescribed marks and weightage based on the essential qualification. Candidates who will score high marks for the DEE Assam Teacher will be selected for the post.
