Women’s World Cup
Women’s FIFA World Cup 2023 in Australia and New Zealand is the first with an expanded 32-team field and 64 matches on the schedule.
The tournament has started on July 20, 2023 in Auckland, New Zealand and the final taking place on August 20 in Sydney, Australia.
The knock out stages will feature round of 16 followed by the quarterfinals, semifinals and the final. After a day’s break the knock out round starts on August 5 and concludes on August 20 with the final.
A total of 64 matches will be played in the space of a month across ten venues – six in Australia and four in New Zealand. One semifinal will be held in New Zealand, while the other semifinal, third-place playoff and the final will be hosted by Australia.
