Abhishek Sharma, the Cricket Star of India, plays for Punjab in domestic cricket and is part of the Sunrisers Hyderabad(SRH)team in the Indian Premier League(IPL).
Abhishek Sharma began his list A career with Punjab during the 2016-2017 Vijay Hazare Trophy on 25 Feb, 2017.He distincted his entry into first-class cricket during the 2017-2018 Ranji trophy for Punjab on 6 Oct 2017. In December 2017, Abhishek acquired a spot in India’s lineup for the 2018 Under-19 Cricket World Cup which was hosted in New Zealand.

Abhishek Sharma with IPL:
In the 2018 edition of the IPL, he was picked up by Delhi Capitals formerly known as Delhi Daredevils But they faced a reduction in their performance,leading them to drop out of the playoff argument early. During this period, he a young 17-year-old cricketer from Punjab made his debut.
Even though the timing not being ideal, Sharma displayed his talent and skills remarkably by scoring a hurried 46 runs off just 19 balls in his debut innings, with one four and two sixes) off the famous bowler, Tim Southee. After all ,Abhishek ‘s appearances in the season were limited to just two games.
In the Feb 2022 auction, Abhishek was picked up by the Sunrisers Hyderabad in the Indian premier league season 2023. During the season, he played in 14 matches, accumulating a total of 425 runs.
In the IPL season 2024, he reached the milestone of scoring the fastest 50 for the Sunrisers Hyderabad(SRH) against the Mumbai Indians(MI) on March 27 at the Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium in Hyderabad. He is receiptian of the award for smashing most number of sixes(42) in IPL 2024.
